Got a tracheotomy at 3 months, due to many failed attempts to extubated successfully. Bronco-Malaysia was later found on the left side of body (the same side as heart).

Most of the problematic problems are on the left side of the body (side of the Heart). (i.e. Bronco Malaysia is that side, Missing Kidney and Adrenal Gland is missing from that side, pulmonary stenosis

It was discovered in a MRI of the brain, that there seems to be a missing anterior pituitary or pituitary fossa. Normal appearances of the posterior pituitary and infundibulum. Midline structures otherwise present and normal. Myelination age appropriate. No other abnormality evident.
OTHER THINGS THAT MIGHT BE IMPORTANT TO KNOW

My son was born in Janurary 2012 by Caesarean section, after lack of movement in the womb during an attempt at natural birth. It’s a girl, the consultant said, immediately followed in a surprising manner with “ no it’s actually a boy”. This was our first clue something was wrong and our parental instincts at that moment were later confirmed.

He was transferred to the neonate ICU, Intubated and treated for pulmonary hypertension.
Initial findings showed:

Dysmorphic features: low nasal bridge, low set posteriorly rotated ears, wide spaced nipples. Bilateral single palmar creases, micropenis and undescended testes.
Hypotonia
Hypothyroidism
Hypocorisolism
Hypoglcaemia
Unliateral Kidney, Right sided, dysplastic
Single Adrenal Gland (right one is there)
Undescended testes (uncertain location)
Gastroesophageal Reflux
